Favorite Villains

Jack Goff hipped me to a rather cool post on Shakespeare's Sister. The question Paul asks is:

"So, who's your favorite villain? In comics, movies, television, or anything else... who would you like to see win one of these times?"

This was really easy for me because I grew up with comic book aficionado brothers and even though I never became a collector myself, I became familiar with the characters enough to choose my favorites. One of the things I've noticed is that comic book fans are just as passionate about the villains in the stories as they are about the heroes. Anyway, my favorite two would have to be
